summer of 2021 is close to us and we all hope step by step to come back to normality, far away from covid period, and come back to what we love and it expresses us, the Greek traditional dance, the songs, the music, the customs, and the glendia.
Dear friends, being optimistic and dynamic, and waiting for a life back to normality close to the summer, we are happy to announce the Greek Traditional Dance Seminar Thassos-Asvestades Evrou 3-10 August will take place in considering the policy of the municipality and the measures for our safety for not spreading the covid.Will be carried out.
All the people that will participate in the seminar will be vaccinated against covid.
The seminar will start on the amazing island thassos, combining lessons, glentia (traditional parties) with live music and of course summertime in the fabulous beaches around the island.
The second part of the seminar will be carrried out in Thraki and more specifically, in Asvestades village We will have the opportunity to dance with people that know the tradition of this region from their very early age and can show us the original way of dancing. In the seminar, reliable and remarkable researchers will present their research.
The seminar will start on the 3rd of August and will finish on the 10th of August.
